One of the most awesome moments of dbz and also one of the most famous moments of dbz where Goku went super saiyan for the first time ever to defeat Frieza. But Goku went super saiyan to avenge his best friend Krillin and all of the people that frieza killed. Goku also went super saiyan to avenge all of the people that Frieza and his army killed. It turns out that Bardock the father of Goku got his wish that Frieza would be killed by the hands of a saiyan.
